Can I bring my child with me to my appointment?
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment I kindly ask that children under the age of 18 do not accompany parents or caregivers to iKare Solutions. The only exception is when children are scheduled for their own services.

Can I bring my pet to the spa?
For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted at iKare Solutions. The only exception is Certified Guide Dogs, which are always welcome.

How long can I keep my gift certificate for?
Within 90 days of purchase.

Do I need to arrive 15 minutes early?
No, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Arriving too early may interrupt the privacy of the client before you and does not allow enough time for proper sanitization between services.
If you happen to arrive early, I kindly ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time.
